Career
Michele is a Partner in the Asset Finance Group.
Michele specialises in loan agreements, security packages, restructuring and insolvency, leasing transactions of yachts and aircrafts and sale and purchase of vessels.
He has also gained a considerable experience in advising LNG/FSRU owners and operators on a broad range of commercial matters such as chartering, management and O&M arrangements and joint venture structures.
He is very experienced in handling disputes and claims relating to all types of charterparties and bills of lading as well as insurance policy disputes, arrests of vessels and enforcement of securities.
Professional Memberships
Michele holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, Wales. In the course of his LL.M. he was awarded the IISTL (Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law) Prize.
He is a member of the AIDIM (Italian association of maritime law).
