Mario is a Partner in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Mario has extensive experience financial institutions, as both borrowers and sponsors, on project and export finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also advises on major asset-based financings in the real estate, transport and sport sectors.

Further areas of expertise include complex debt restructuring and insolvency matters, assisting arrangers and borrowers on acquisition financings (both corporate and leveraged) and direct lending, fronted participation and private placement transactions.
