Career

Gail Etzion’s wide-ranging practice is focused on representing emerging and established technology companies in financing rounds and M&A transactions, as well as in all aspects of their corporate and commercial transactions. She also represents investors and corporations in strategic investments and in M&A transactions.

In the high-tech and bio-tech industries, Gail advises entrepreneurs and corporations in all aspects of their legal needs, including investment financing rounds, strategic transactions, and M&A transactions, as well as day-to-day legal matters. She also represents all types of Israeli and international investors, including private investors, corporations and funds in investments in Israeli corporations, represents international corporations in strategic transactions in Israel and abroad, including license agreements and acquisitions, and advises shareholders in complex shareholders agreements.

Gail received her law degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1995. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1996 and to the California Bar in 1998. Gail worked at Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto and went on to head the high-tech practice of a leading Israeli law firm. Having interned at the firm, Gail rejoined as a partner in 2023.
