Kobi Ben-Chitrit focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, initial public offerings and diverse corporate and commercial transactions. Kobi also has considerable experience handling international technology licensing, OEM, partnering, distribution and other commercial technology-related agreements for companies active in a variety of industries.

Kobi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, teaching a course on investments and exits of emerging growth companies. He graduated from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1997 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in the same year. Kobi joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2006.
