Barry has a wide-ranging technology and life-science practice focusing on M&A, investment funds, representation of technology and life science start-up companies from first seed financing through acquisition or initial public offering and beyond, transactional intellectual property, life science companies and academic institutions, internet and multimedia issues and representation of major international technology companies in Israel. He joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1992.
