Yarom Romem specializes in corporate law, with a primary focus on venture capital and private equity financings, as well as fund formation.
Within his department, Yarom serves as legal counsel to both Israeli and international venture capital, private equity, corporate and private investors. His expertise spans the entire investment spectrum, from seed rounds to late-stage investment rounds. Additionally, Yarom provides comprehensive legal representation to emerging growth companies, handling day-to-day matters, and navigating major financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Beyond his work with investors and companies, Yarom extends his legal services to general partners, fund sponsors, and limited partners in the realm of fund formation. He offers ongoing guidance to venture capital and private equity funds and investors, demonstrating a commitment to their long-term success.
Yarom’s substantial expertise also encompasses representing secondary funds in diverse transactions, including the acquisition of partnership interests, fund extensions, and the sale of entire portfolios.

Yarom joined Yigal Arnon & Co. in 2006 and became a partner in 2009. Prior to this, he was in-house counsel at BRM Capital, a leading Israeli venture capital fund, for over five years, where he gained valuable insight into the internal workings of venture capital funds.
