Gabriella Lombardi

Gabriella is a senior partner in the Commercial Real Estate and Corporate practices. She has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions involving commercial property such as acquisitions, dispositions, development of major real estate projects, joint ventures, secured financings and commercial leasing. Gabriella advises clients with respect to a wide range of property types, including large scale mixed-use properties, industrial properties, multi-family properties, renewable energy properties, self-storage properties and electricity transmission and distribution corridors. She also advises clients in a wide range of business sectors, including the mining sector, the electricity sector, the forestry sector and the hospitality sector. Gabriella has represented major Canadian pension funds, Canadian and international private equity funds and investors, private investors and utility companies with respect to a wide range of transactions.
