Gabriella is a senior partner in the Commercial Real Estate and Corporate practices. She has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions involving commercial property such as acquisitions, dispositions, development of major real estate projects, including mixed-use properties, joint ventures, secured financings and commercial leasing. Gabriella advises clients in diverse industries such as the self-storage facilities sector, the renewable energy sector, the forestry sector, the mining sector, the hospitality sector and, more broadly, in the commercial real estate sector, including all commercial property asset types. She has represented major Canadian pension funds, Canadian and international private equity funds and investors and institutional investors with respect to acquisitions, dispositions and development of commercial property and fund investments.
