Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions, share purchases and transfers, corporate reorganisations, capital increases, transformations, by-law amendments and cross-border transactions, together with corporate governance, shareholder relations, corporate compliance and the functioning of shareholders' meetings — from initial risk analysis and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, closing and implementation.
