Danilo leads the Firm’s Labor Law and Social Security, Property and Real Estate, and Intellectual Property practices. His work focuses on the design and implementation of labor policies, guidelines, and structures for companies, as well as on advising in hiring processes, individual and collective bargaining, and conflict prevention.

With extensive experience handling, sponsoring, and advising on complex labor disputes, Danilo is widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced practitioners in Ecuadorian labor law.

In addition to his labor practice, he has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, which allows him to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and support in strategic business decision-making.
