Danilo leads the firm's Labour & Social Security and Real Estate & Property practices, combining preventive advice, legal structuring and contentious representation. He advises employers on the design of policies, guidelines and workforce structures and on hiring, compensation, terminations and day-to-day personnel management, helping businesses make decisions with a clear view of their legal, economic and human effects.

He has extensive experience in individual and collective bargaining, workforce disputes, administrative proceedings and labour litigation, favouring prevention and conciliation where they offer an efficient solution while pursuing firm contentious strategies when a client's interests require it. His corporate and commercial experience lets him place employment matters within the wider context of business activity, and he also leads the firm's real-estate and patrimonial matters — from acquisitions and transfers to title regularisation, estate planning and the legal administration of assets.
