Gabriel Stern's practice is centred around information technology law, particularly advising on new technology issues as they emerge, along with consumer protection, outsourcing, privacy, CASL, record retention, health sector and intellectual property-related matters.

Regularly assisting clients with licensing, e-commerce and outsourcing transactions, Gabriel has also drafted and negotiated a wide range of agreements including terms and conditions, procurement documents and terms of sale. Gabriel also advises on a range of consumer protection issues. He also provides clients with advice on cryptocurrencies, M&A transactions, freedom of information requests, and numerous record retention and privacy policies. Gabriel works with clients that range from large multinational corporations to small start-ups, and include both private and public sector clients.
