Frank Laudenklos

Frank Laudenklos has been a partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 2005 and works in the Frankfurt office. He is advising borrowers, banks, financial institutions and funds on all relevant aspects of debt financings as well as the restructurings thereof.

Being more than 25 years in the market, Frank covers the full range of banking and finance law, with a particular focus on complex corporate acquisition/takeover situations, debt restructurings, infrastructure finance and real estate finance. Frank has advised numerous significant rescue financings acting for corporates such as TUI, Sixt, K+S etc. and for Banks including Deutsche Bank (re. Uniper, Gazprom, VNG, THE) and corporates such as LEAG.
