Frank Laudenklos has been a partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 2005 and works in the Frankfurt office. He is advising borrowers, banks, financial institutions and funds on all relevant aspects of debt financings as well as the restructurings thereof.

Being more than 25 years in the market, Frank covers the full range of banking and finance law, with a particular focus on complex corporate acquisition/takeover situations, debt restructurings, infrastructure finance and real estate finance. Corporate borrowers and lenders rely on his extensive experience for advice on their most challenging transactions.

Frank has advised numerous significant rescue financings acting for corporates such as TUI, Sixt, K+S etc. and for Banks including Deutsche Bank (re. Lufthansa, Ceconomy, ThyssenKrupp etc.), Unicredit (re. Adidas) and others. In recent years he advised almost every stabilisation financing in the energy sector acting for KfW (re. Uniper, Gazprom, VNG, THE) and corporates such as LEAG.

Frank is constantly recognized by peers and clients in in all relevant directories as a leading lawyer for banking and finance law.
