He has particular experience in domestic and international IPOs, rights offerings, accelerated primary and secondary share offerings as well as convertible, exchangeable and straight bond offerings (including high yield bonds under German law). Christoph also frequently advises on hybrid capital products treated as equity for banking or insurance regulatory, rating and/or accounting purposes. Many issuers also seek Christoph’s advice on capital markets compliance issues.
