Francisco Conde

Partner. Mr. Conde is a renowned expert in labor and employment law; specializing in restructuring, collective bargaining and labor litigation, advising national and international companies. He has an extensive experience on labor and employment law issues including restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and crossborder mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing; collective bargaining; modification and flexibilization of working conditions; complementary social security; remuneration schemes and employee fidelity programs; and senior management contracts, remuneration and benefits. He also represents companies in contentious matters; specially dismissals and redundancies, harassment and discrimination claims and pension disputes.

He regularly lectures at Spanish universities (Universidad de Navarra, Universidad San Pablo – CEU, ICADE, ESADE, Instituto de Empresa, Aranzadi, Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección (APD), Confederación Empresarial de Madrid (CEIM-CEOE), etc).

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and a member of the executive committee of the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association (FORELAB), he is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Labor Law Commission of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).
