Career

Former co-chair of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, clients rely on Frank Devine’s trial experience – 70+ cases tried to verdict in federal and state court and 50+ cases tried to judgment before arbitration tribunals – in their most complex and challenging disputes. Frank focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage, professional liability and malpractice, D&O liability, products liability and IP disputes. While Frank never fears any trial, he attempts to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before resorting to litigation for public and privately held companies, manufacturers, distributors, technology vendors and software designers. Additionally, Frank serves as national counsel for numerous national and international insurance companies.
