She advises in core real estate and experience across a wide range of sectors. Fiona has considerable experience in commercial leasing acting for both Landlords and Tenants, portfolio management, sales and acquisitions and supporting corporate colleagues on the Scottish Property aspect of corporate deals.

She has specific experience acting for clients in the education, healthcare and charity sectors.

Fiona is a Trustee of the Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity.

Recent experience has involved providing Scottish Property advice in a large corporate sale of a national network of building and plumbing merchants.
