Filipe has strong experience in the realm of Labour Law in the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo markets, working with litigation in both individual and class actions. Filipe provides legal assistance to companies on issues regarding labour and employment, corporate internal investigations, compensation and labour issues of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPOs, among others. Filipe also represents clients before Brazil’s Labour Prosecution Office and the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
