Esteban Baquero Correa

Esteban has extensive experience in labor and social security matters, in both the administrative and the judicial stages. He advises local and international clients on a whole range of activities, from planning a business up to its liquidation or sale. He works on and leads labor, civil and administrative litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration under UNCITRAL, ICC, ICSID and IACAC rules. He is currently the arbitral secretary of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce, and he has been an adjunct professor of Oral Litigation at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
