David Carrera Dávila

David has extensive experience in corporate law and has focused his practice on transactional and contractual matters, corporate restructurings, and M&A. He has advised domestic and foreign companies and investment funds on acquisitions of companies, corporate restructuring in cases of insolvency, and complex commercial contracts.

He has worked on financial operations (real estate, infrastructure, corporate and projects) and debt securities issuance, advising domestic and foreign financial entities and companies across various sectors.

David has also been involved in real estate transactions and, particularly, in the outright purchase and sale of real estate assets (mainly commercial premises, offices, and land for productive activities), construction and technical services contracts, leasing contracts for commercial premises and offices, and turnkey contracts.
