Sebastián focuses his practice on energy matters, exploration and exploitation of natural resources, and infrastructure projects. He advises companies on all regulatory matters related to their operations and activities in Ecuador.

Given his commercial understanding of the sector and business nous, he is frequently invited to join companies’ senior management committees, where he advises on the legal risks associated with their activities. He also works on corporate, environmental and dispute resolution matters.
