Emma Costante

Emma advises domestic and international clients on a range of corporate law and business matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, go-public events, complex shareholder negotiations, corporate governance, commercial transactions, joint ventures and partnerships. Emma's practice covers a broad range of sectors and industries, including life sciences, health care, SaaS, AI and quantum computing, clean tech, and natural resources. A large part of Emma’s practice focuses on supporting innovative growth companies and particularly in the life science industry. She helps create negotiated solutions among stakeholders, including founder exits, government contracts and complex shareholder agreements. She has recently advised AbCellera, enGene, Orpyx, Zymeworks, Alpha-9, Notch, and adMare BioInnovations.
