Elizabeth Holden is a seasoned attorney at Hodgson Russ, known for guiding businesses through energy infrastructure and commercial development projects with strategic insight and precision. Her practice focuses on structuring transactions, managing large-scale due diligence, and advising on the property aspects of renewable energy initiatives.

She represents regional and national companies in acquisitions, leasing, title and survey review, Industrial Development Association projects, conservation easements, and municipal property deals. Her work spans a wide range of property types, including medical and lab facilities, athletic campuses, manufacturing sites, and retail centers.

In the energy space, Elizabeth serves as lead counsel on major wind, solar, biofuel, and gas turbine projects, advising developers on leasing strategies, project finance, and securing development rights, and negotiating land agreements, title policies, and financing documents. She also works with municipalities on zoning and land use matters tied to energy development.
