The Hodgson Russ Real Estate Practice provides comprehensive counsel on development, leasing, corporate real estate strategy, and land use, and is known for its experience in cross-border transactions, commercial leasing, higher education development, real property tax assessment, eminent domain, and public-private partnerships.
