She regularly advises on complex private equity M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures and other business combinations, and her deal experience spans a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, business and professional services, healthcare and life sciences, industrials and consumer. Elizabeth’s clients include Blackstone, Brookfield, Carlyle, EQT, GTCR, New Mountain, Oaktree, Silver Lake and Stone Point, as well as a broad array of blue-chip corporations and financial institutions.
