Her work on transformative and multifaceted transactions has reshaped the global private equity market. Named The American Lawyer’s 2024 “Corporate Attorney of the Year: Private Equity and M&A,” Elizabeth has guided numerous landmark and first-of-kind transactions for the world’s most iconic private equity sponsors and asset managers. She regularly advises on complex private equity M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures and other business combinations, and her deal experience spans a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, business and professional services, healthcare and life sciences, industrials and consumer. Elizabeth’s clients include Blackstone, Brookfield, Carlyle, EQT, GTCR, New Mountain, Oaktree, Silver Lake and Stone Point, as well as a broad array of blue-chip corporations and financial institutions.
