Having enforced and defended non-compete, non-solicitation, and restrictive covenants, and with talent management at a premium, Beth crafts these arrangements to protect her clients in this highly competitive labor market. She also works with employers to develop plans for recruitment and compliance when foreign-born talent is necessary, guiding them through the business visa process and advising on immigration policies and procedures.
