Tax (Transfer Pricing)

Elisenda is a transfer pricing advisor, with a focus on the financial services industry. She leads KPMG’s EMA financial services transfer pricing team and global transfer pricing clients & markets initiatives.

Elisenda has extensive experience in transfer pricing planning and operational implementation of financial transactions, services and intangible assets. She is working with clients in aligning their intercompany transactions and policies to their evolving operating models.

She hold a M&A in Economics, New York University and is a BA in Economics and in Law, by Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Elisenda joined KPMG’s transfer pricing team in the US in 2007. She joined the Spanish practice in 2011 as a Director and was promoted to Partner in 2015.
