Carlos focuses on real estate transactions related to shopping centres, hotels, dwellings, logistics warehouses and offices, as well as in real estate financings. He advises both domestic and international developers, financing institutions, investment funds, family offices, REITs and property companies operating in the Spanish market. He also has experience advising on real estate transactions in the rest of Europe, United States and Latin America. He has advised in several landmark deals in Spain, either for transaction volume and/or complexity. Lecturer at ISDE LLM in Corporate&Finance.
