Previously, Elie was the head of the High-Tech and Venture Capital practice at Tadmor-Levy & Co., worked as a corporate attorney at the Kansas City offices of Husch Blackwell LLP, was a senior associate at the boutique high-tech firm of Ori Rosen & Co., and worked in the International Corporate Department of Yigal Arnon & Co.
