Eleena specialises in complex, high value cases and has significant experience in dealing with sensitive, high profile discrimination claims in matters with associated High Court, appellate or regulatory litigation running in tandem. Eleena has deep experience across the full spectrum of employment work for clients ranging from law firms to local authorities, and banks to public sector workers. Eleena has a calm, collaborative and decisive leadership approach to time sensitive and stressful High Court injunctions / speedy trials, such as in confidential information / team move and MHPS cases.

Eleena is qualified in Forensic Medicine and accepts instructions in medico-legal cases, inquests and inquiries. Eleena is leading the legal team for the largest cohort of families in the Lampard Inquiry In addition, Eleena is often sought out for difficult investigations including those with safeguarding or sexual misconduct allegations, and she frequently lectures in her specialist areas of work.

Eleena is the Chair of the Law Reform Committee of the Bar Council and a fee paid Employment Judge in London.

Recent clients include universities, a premiership football club, the NHS, healthcare regulators, the emergency services, Big 4 accountancy, the government and private international equity firms.
