Qualified 1995. Eleanor specialises in taxation law and, since joining McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2001, has led the expansion of the firm's tax advisory services to both domestic and international banking and financial services clients. She has developed particular expertise in relation to international tax structuring through Ireland, taxation of capital markets products, securitisation and structured finance and establishing investment funds and other tax-based investment products. Familiar assets classes include real estate, renewables, commodities and an array of financial products. Eleanor also has expertise and experience in contentious and non-contentious tax dispute resolution.
