Douglas is an extradition defence barrister with an extensive understanding of domestic and foreign criminal law, procedure, and practice who frequently receives instructions to represent and individuals facing extradition under both Part 1 and Part 2 of the Extradition Act at first instance and on appeal as a junior alone and as a led junior.
