Donna Vobornik

Member of Dentons’ Insurance Litigation practice and general litigator with extensive experience in complex insurance coverage litigation. Has represented insurance clients in approximately 80 environmental coverage cases in state and federal courts. Also litigates other types of toxic tort coverage claims, including asbestos, paraquat, Chinese drywall and diacetyl. Represents insurers in bankruptcy proceedings where the insured is the debtor, and represented insurers in major subrogation matters. Extensive experience representing insurers in personal lines class action cases, and defendants in consumer class action matters.
