Donald Dow is a senior partner in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office and leader of the firm’s national Medical Defence Practice Group. Donald practises primarily in the areas of medical malpractice (defence), professional liability, health law, privacy and professional disciplinary proceedings. Over the course of his career, he has extensive trial experience and has conducted numerous professional disciplinary hearings.

Donald is involved in both legal and medical continuing education on issues related to health law, medical malpractice, and professional liability.
