Career
Donald Crawshaw is a partner in the Firm’s Investment Management, Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, and Commodities and Derivatives Groups. He represents U.S., Canadian and other foreign clients on a wide variety of investment management, public and private financing, acquisition and disposition, reporting, corporate governance, auditor independence, shareholder activism and other matters. His investment management practice includes counseling independent directors/trustees of registered funds, registered and unregistered funds and investment advisers. Mr. Crawshaw has advised on matters relating to the multi-jurisdictional disclosure system between Canada and the U.S. since the system’s adoption in 1991.
