Extensive experience representing many of the largest and most influential businesses and prominent individuals in a wide range of complex business disputes, including securities and other class action litigation, M&A, antitrust, corporate governance, antitrust, and regulatory and internal investigations. Appears in federal/state courts around the country, including most frequently in California, Delaware, and New York, and handles arbitrations, and proceedings before the SEC and other agencies. Has substantial jury and non-jury trial experience. Select clients include AB InBev, California Resources Corporation, Caruso, CIM Group, Financial Technology Partners, Goldman Sachs, Houlihan Lokey, JPMorgan Chase, RedBird Capital, Edison Int’s directors, Stifel Financial, Upbound Group, and Thomas Weisel.
