Partner since 1990. Responsible for S&C’s litigation practice on the West Coast. Extensive experience representing many of the largest and most influential businesses and prominent individuals in a wide range of complex business disputes, including securities and other class action litigation, M&A, antitrust, corporate governance, antitrust, and regulatory and internal investigations. Appears in federal/state courts around the country, including most frequently in Delaware, California and New York, and handles arbitrations, and proceedings before the SEC and other agencies. Has substantial jury and non-jury trial experience. Select clients include AB InBev, Amgen, AT&T, BP, CIM Group, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Steven Mnuchin, Occidental Petroleum, Pabst Brewing, Dean Spanos, Stifel Financial, Upbound Group, Thomas Weisel and Ziff Davis.
