Partner at S&C since 2024 and prior to that a partner at another tier 1 firm. Peter Jones is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s M&A, Technology, Digital Infrastructure and Private Equity Groups and is resident in the Firm’s Palo Alto office. Peter represents clients across a range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on technology clients and financial sponsors.

Peter was named a “Rising Star” in Technology by Law360, was selected to Daily Journal’s “40 Under 40” and sits on Law360’s M&A editorial board.
