Nader has deep experience in transactions involving IP and technology, including technology-intensive mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and collaborations, as well as the licensing of rights in intellectual property (such as patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets), data, content, pharmaceuticals, software and other technology.
Nader is a leader in the field of artificial intelligence, including advising OpenAI in its partnership with Microsoft, and Character.ai in its strategic compute partnership with Google Cloud. Nader has represented clients ranging from the Fortune 50 to emerging companies and innovators across industries.
A distinguished thought-leader in the field, Nader has served as a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School for the last decade, where he teaches a course on the Business and Law of Patent and Technology Licensing.
He has been recognized by leading industry publications such as The American Lawyer, Chambers USA, Daily Journal, Law360 and the National Law Journal, including as a two-time Law360 MVP in technology and as one of the āThe Worldās Leading IP Strategistsā and as a āGlobal Leaderā by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM).
