Career
Donal O'Raghallaigh graduated from University College Dublin (BCL) in 1992and qualified in 1996. He joined McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2005, where he currently works as a Partner. Donal has wide experience of all aspects of commercial real estate and has advised in relation to many large commercial property transactions acting for investors, local authorities, sellers, developers, lenders and tenants both Irish and overseas. He has particular expertise in advising public bodies in relation to PPP projects and "land for buildings" transactions. His tax knowledge brings an insight to transactions and transaction structuring to protect public bodies against unforeseen tax consequences.
