Dominik has considerable experience in commercial contracts, including PPAs and REC purchase agreements. ​

He has coordinated due diligence investigations into multiple Polish acquisition targets. Dominik is a recognised expert in the field of renewable energy and was an invited speaker on these topics at numerous conferences and workshops.​

Dominik advised several clients in the process of restructuring loans granted for financing wind power plants. Dominik is a recognised expert in the field of power purchase agreements. He has participated in numerous "route to market" PPAs for wind farms and PV plants.

◾️ Advising Axpo on regulatory issues in connection with the package of agreements (deal structuring) combining the cPPA between Danone and GIG

◾️Advising Baltic Power on a pioneering (first in Poland) offtake Power Purchase Agreement for an offshore wind farm, including drafting of the agreement, participation in negotiations and support in signing the agreement LUB Advising Baltic Power on comprehensive legal support in the realisation of an offshore wind farm complex in the Baltic Sea with a total capacity of 1,200 MW, providing full and comprehensive advice on issues related to the implementation of the project

◾️Advising Jeronimo Martins on the review, negotiation and signing of the 15-year vPPA

◾️Participation in the development of cPPA models and structures for several energy consumers, among others, steel producers/mills, pharmaceutical companies, non-metallurgical segment steel mills, automotive equipment manufacturers, logistics companies and beverage manufacturers
