◾️ Advising Axpo on regulatory matters related to a package of agreements (transaction structuring), including a cPPA between Danone and GIG
◾️ Advising Baltic Power on the pioneering (first in Poland) power purchase agreement for an offshore wind farm, including preparing the agreement, participating in negotiations, and supporting the signing of the agreement
◾️ Advising Jeronimo Martins on the analysis, negotiation, and signing of a 15-year vPPA agreement
◾️ Advising Wirtgen Energy Barwice on and representing in various regulatory matters following the acquisition of a wind farm of approximately 40 MW
