Patrycja Goździowska, a tax advisor, specializes in advisory services in the field of mergers and acquisitions, devising capital and financial structures, restructuring projects and financing of investments, for individual and corporate investors. She devised concepts and rendered services of day-to-day assistance in several transactions of mergers and acquisitions (the subject of which were shares, selected assets and enterprises) as well as restructurings aimed at improving effectiveness of personal tax burdens of private investors and tax burdens connected with regular business operations, distribution of profits and exit options for projects.

She is an active member of the International Fiscal Association, a member of the Tax Board of the PKPP Lewiatan and Vice-President of CIT/PIT Group.
