He is highly experienced in banking, securities and financial services litigation, as well as in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, particularly before the Sanctions Commission of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), France’s financial markets regulator.
Over the past decade, Dimitri has developed strong expertise in resolving mass claims and collective actions, and defending clients in cartel follow-on damages claims. He also advises on commercial and business law matters, shareholder disputes, and post-acquisition litigation.
In addition, Dimitri has substantial experience handling global investigations across various sectors, including financial services, banking, technology, defence and automotive.
His practice further extends to white-collar crime, advising clients on risk prevention and representing both defendants and civil parties, especially in corruption-related matters.
