Career

Diego is a BAF and capital markets reference in the Peruvian market with more than 20 years of experience dealing with global investment banking, securities and investment management firms and participating in most of the more complex banking and capital markets deals executed during the last years.

Diego advises financial institutions and borrowers on structured finance transactions, represents underwriters and issuers on project finance, capital markets and lending deals, participates in cross border transactions, 144A/RegS issuances, project bonds, international syndications, among others.

Former Assistant General Counsel at BCP, Chairman of the Banking Committee - Peruvian Banking Association; former Partner at Rodrigo, Elías Medrano (11 years). Professor and frequent speaker at international and local events.
