Luis Miguel is a Partner at the firm, specializing in civil, commercial, constitutional, and administrative litigation, as well as national and international arbitration. He has specialization in Dispute Boards and 'Obras por Impuestos', and extensive experience managing complex cases for leading companies in sectors such as finance, mining, real estate, oil and gas, and telecommunications.

Lawyer by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has specialization in Dispute Boards by the Arbitration Centre of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and the Peruvian Society of Construction Law, and in ‘Obras por Impuestos’ by the University of Lima. His professional practice focuses on the design and execution of strategies to prevent and resolve conflicts, advising leading companies in the financial, mining, real estate, hydrocarbons and telecommunications sectors. He has successfully advised major public and private sector companies in corporate litigation, civil and constitutional proceedings, contentious-administrative matters and commercial arbitration at both national and international level.
