With over 31 years of experience, Deepak Chopra heads the Firm’s Tax Litigation practice. Deepak has been associated with the big 4 accounting firms as legal counsel handling tax litigation matters across India. He was also a Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department in the High Court of Delhi, as well as Special Counsel for the IT Department before the Authority for Advance Rulings. Deepak has represented an array of multinational clients pan India in various sectors and has been instrumental in arguing numerous matters and securing various precedent–setting judgments.
