David M. Taub is partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Tax Department. Mr. Taub's focus is on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, with specific emphasis on high-level executive compensation arrangements and mergers, acquisitions, financings, IPOs and other corporate transactions. Mr. Taub represents employers and issuers in a variety of industries, and has extensive experience advising real estate investment trusts and other real estate companies.

Mr. Taub represents employers and issuers in structuring and implementing various types of compensation arrangements for senior executives and other employees. Mr. Taub also counsels public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, on all employee benefits and compensation aspects of corporate transactions.
