David Raab is the former Global Chair of the Tax Department. He focuses on corporate and partnership taxation and is also expert in the taxation of real estate investment trusts. He has considerable experience representing corporations, private equity funds, investment banks, and other public and privately owned companies with respect to tax matters pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Career
Qualified since 1988. Formerly served as Global Co-Chair of the Transactional Tax Practice Group and as Local Chair of the New York Tax Department. Former President of The Tax Club of New York City.
