David Pryzbylski

Career

David is a Partner in Barnes & Thornburg’s Labor & Employment Department. He concentrates a large portion of his practice on assisting employers with traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining; work stoppages; arbitrations; union avoidance; unfair labor practices; contract administration; and various other labor relations issues. To maintain a well-rounded practice and offer a full range of labor and employment services, David also regularly defends employers in employment litigation matters, including class and/or collective actions, alleging wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage-related claims, and other employment-based claims under state and federal laws.
