David is a Partner specialising in executive remuneration and related governance matters, all aspects of share plans and also employment law. He has acted for a number of FTSE 100 companies on the hirings and departures of senior executives, sensitive employment investigations, and on some of the largest public takeovers. He also maintains a broad spread of private company incentive and employment work, including with private equity clients. In recent years David has acted on Comcast’s purchase for Sky, DWS on its acquisition of Stagecoach, Deliveroo on its IPO, GXO Logistics on its acquisition of Clipper, and is a long-standing adviser to the London Stock Exchange Group, Deloitte and CVC.
