David Marsh

David Marsh focuses extensively on IP counseling, PTO inter partes matters, interferences and patent procurement. Dr. Marsh has argued multiple matters before the USPTO's PTAB. He is a court-appointed Special Master for the US District Court with respect to the Middle District of Florida, an American Arbitration Association and World Intellectual Property Organization neutral arbitrator, and an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law School.
