Ronald R Levine II

Ron Levine is co-chair of Arnold & Porter's Corporate & Finance Group. His practice centers on corporate finance and M&A transactions for public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of industries including technology, energy, business services, restaurant/retail, investment management, real estate, and manufacturing. He has extensive experience counseling boards of directors and investors, including in hostile takeover and shareholder activist situations. He has served as counsel to both special committees and proponents in going private and related transactions.
