Jonathan Martel’s practice concentrates on air quality, climate change, environmental counseling, enforcement and litigation. He represents automotive, truck, engine, off-road equipment, chemical, petroleum, renewable fuels, electric utilities, consumer products, and other manufacturers in Clean Air Act regulatory, permitting, and enforcement, with a substantial focus on mobile source regulation and strategy. Mr. Martel served for three years at the Office of General Counsel of EPA, where he assisted in the implementation of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. He writes frequently about environmental, clean air, climate and administrative law.
